Here are some easy tips to get you back to feeling better and get moving!
- Get outside! Tired of exercising in your house or at the gym? I don’t blame you. Boredom can ruin any fitness goals. Head outside and notice nature! What is blooming this time of year? Nature can improve your mood and overall feeling. Get out there!
- Partner up. Cannot do it alone? Working out with a friend helps you stick to a movement plan. Rather than meet a friend for coffee or drinks or dinner, head outside. Go for a walk and catch up with a friend.
- Change up your cardio. Don’t stick to one machine at the gym or the same walking path. Challenge yourself for you best results. Add a hill to your walk or increase the speed and then slow down. Changing up the routine will give you fast results.
